Send your 2007-08 Employer Annual Return Online
Your 2007-08 Employer Annual Return is due 19 May and you must send it online if you have 50 or more employees. Otherwise you will get a penalty.
If you have fewer than 50 employees, you will get £100 tax-free if you send your 2007-08 Return online.
You must register for and activate PAYE Online if you want to send your Return over the Internet. Register for online services now if you haven't already, as it takes at least seven days to get the activation PIN needed to start filing online.
