Has your company ever had a PR nightmare? Could it have been handled more effectively? Alternatively, have you had any media experiences that have benefitted your business? GMT Events is running a series of media training events for entrepreneurs, including one in the British Library in London, on 22 May. Guest speakers include Tracey Hobbs from BBC's Working Lunch and Richard Tyler of the Daily Telegraph, as well as a host of PR experts. All you have to do to win two free tickets is tell the FPB your best - or worst - media and PR experience.

The event is being hosted by Matthew Rock, co-founder of Caspian Publishing and former editor of Real Business magazine. Keith Elliott, a former Fleet Street journalist and chairman of PMA Training, Europe's largest media training company, will introduce delegates to the news environment.

Francis Ingham, Director General of the PR consultant Association, will explain how agencies operate, how to choose the most appropriate one.

Crispin Manners, the founder of PR firm Kaizo, will draw on his 25 years of experience in PR and speak about the importance and effectiveness of word-of-mouth marketing.

Susanna Simpson founded Limelight PR five years ago, when she was 24. She has gone on to win numerous PR and business awards. She will talk about the potential and pitfalls of hiring a PR agency.

Michael Hayman, chairman of The Communications Group,  will discuss the vital importance of reputation to the entrepreneur.

For a chance to win two free tickets, simply email newsletter@fpb.org with your best or worst media and PR experience. Closing date: 20 May.
