She will be followed by Paula Gardner, the founder of Do Your Own PR, who will inform entrepreneurs how to use PR to create interest and steal a march on their competitors.
The subject of dealing with PR agencies will be tackled by Adrienne Routledge, the fonder of Sapphire PR, which specialises in business-to-business PR. The Chief Executive of Kaizo, Crispin Manners, will discuss how word-of-mouth marketing can boost sales.
