You are likely to be asked once a year to participate in our quarterly survey. This survey tracks changes in member opinion and looks in a little more detail at individual issues. This provides our main lobbying ammunition.
We occasionally do more detailed work, such as our biennial bank survey: Private Businesses and their Banks. This widely-recognised piece of research is considered a reliable measure on the developing relationship between private businesses and their banks. |
