The Forum of Private Business (FPB) is a member-led, business support organisation. For 30 years, we have supported, and lobbied on behalf of, independent businesses across all sectors and throughout the UK. Our strong member benefits package, which includes legal expenses insurance, a range of practical business guides and money-saving deals on business services, gives members peace of mind, and saves them time and money.
We are currently recruiting part- and full-time Member Services Representatives. The successful candidates will be targeted with generating new members for the organisation.
We are not looking for hard-nosed sales people because we want to develop a culture of account management within the organisation, but the successful candidates will have experience of selling products or services over the telephone and will have an excellent telephone manner.
You will be hard working, conscientious and above all an excellent team player. You will be PC-literate and confident using Microsoft Office applications. Additional IT and sales-related training will be provided for successful candidates.
