Benefits of legal expenses insurance

 
Our legal expenses insurance (LEI) includes up to *£75,000 per section of cover.
 
*Jury service cover is limited to a maximum of £1,000 per claim.
 
It also gives you access to a 24-hour legal helpline, which is manned by lawyers and other professional advisers, who can give you confidential guidance and counselling.
 
Our legal expense insurance includes the following sections of cover:
    • Legal costs, awards and expenses incurred in disputes with workers
    • Health and safety prosecution
    • Tax enquiries and disputes
    • Criminal prosecution
    • Statutory licence protection
    • Jury service
    • Property protection
    • Data protection
