1. Businesses that sign up as new, full, paying members of the Forum of Private Business via this website, and pay by credit/debit card or Direct Debit, will be entered into the monthly draw.
 
2. The draw will be open to those businesses that have joined the FPB by completing the sign-up process online, using this application form. It will be open also to those businesses that have filled in the online enquiry form here and have signed up as a member at a later date, either via the website or through one of the FPB's Member Services Representatives.
 
3. The draws will take place on the fifth working day of each month, for new members that joined in the previous calendar month. The winners will be notified by telephone within five working days of the draws taking place. If we are unable to contact the winners by telephone, we will write to them requesting they contact the FPB to confirm acceptance of the prize, and the terms and conditions of the draw.
 
4. The winner of each draw will receive a free copy of the following annually-updated practical business guides:
 
FPB Employment Guide
FPB Health & Safety Guide
 
The guides will be the most up-to-date versions, as issued to paying subscribers at the time of the draws. Note: the guides will be issued free of charge once only.
 
5. The guides will be issued free of charge to the winner of each month's draw. We will require Direct Debits be set up for subscriptions to the two guides for future years. The winners will be able to cancel the Direct Debits at any time, if they do not wish to receive future updates of either or both of the two guides.
 
6. The winner of each month's draw (business name and town/city) will be listed on the website.
