Add the FPB to your safe senders list

To assure that you receive emails from the FPB, including our weekly eNewsletter, please add us to your address book and safe senders list. This way, your email client will recognise that we are a trusted sender and that you want to receive our emails. If our emails do not arrive, please check your 'junk email' folder.

Choose your email client from the list below and follow the relevant instructions on how to add an email address to your safe senders list:

Outlook
  • On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Options'
  • On the 'Preferences' tab, under 'E-mail', click 'Junk E-mail'
  • Click the 'Safe Senders' tab
  • Click 'Add'
  • In the 'Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list' box, enter the name or address you want added (i.e. @fpb.org), and then click 'OK'
  • If you have already received the email, you can quickly add a name to the Blocked Senders List by right-clicking the junk e-mail message, and then, on the shortcut menu, pointing to 'Junk E-mail' and clicking 'Add Sender to Blocked Senders List' on the shortcut menu.

If you are not receiving your weekly FPB eNewsletter, or do not receive the notification message when you sign up, please check your spam or junk mail folder just in case it got delivered there. If so, select the message and mark it 'Not spam'. This should allow future messages to get through.
