Business continuity guide |
You may not like to think that the worst might happen to your business, but if it did, the consequences for your company, your livelihood and your staff could be devastating. Plus, in an economic downturn, the loss of even a day's business can be felt even more acutely than in normal conditions.
Crises can include anything from IT failure, flood, fire, a power outage, bad weather, strikes and illness. A reported one in five companies suffers one of these major disruptions every five years and 92% of those affected by fire or flood never recover. To help you protect your business, we have teamed up with the Business Continuity Institute to produce a practical survival guide. Follow the simple questions and assess your final score to see whether your business is prepared for the worst. The outcome will also help you to to start thinking about business continuity and form the basis of a plan.
