Commenting on the exposure the Forum has helped her business to get, Tracy said: "As the owner of a small business, you often feel that you have no voice, that no one wants to listen to problems that governments create that cause massive headaches to your business. 
 
"Instead of allowing them to build into a migraine, I found a way of making my voice heard – through the Forum of Private Business. It is not always in my comfort zone to stick my head up and holler, but if we don't tell the ‘powers that be' that their proposal will have a major impact on us and how – they'll push along regardless."
