The Forum in the media
Since the beginning of the year, we have appeared in more than 2,000 articles in national newspapers, regional press and trade publications, equivalent to £460,000 in Equivalent Advertising Value (EAV) and bringing our support services and campaigns on the issues facing small businesses to the attention of more than 150 million people across the UK.

Our media work includes extensive broadcast coverage. More recently this has included the BBC's Working Lunch, CNN and CNBC in addition to extensive national and local radio appearances. In February 2009, our research and commentary were featured in the BBC's Panorama programme on the banks, entitled 'Credit Where It's Due', and our health and safety research was used by the producers of Panorama's 'May Contain Nuts' programme aired the following April.

In addition to providing spokespersons for regional television and radio programmes, we regularly appear on national commercial and public broadcasts, including Sky News, BBC News and BBC News 24, BBC Radio Four and Radio Five.
We want to hear from business owners willing to support our lobbying by commenting in the media on breaking business stories, or who want to speak out on the issues they feel should be given the oxygen of publicity.
