Contract of employment template

You have to provide every employee with a contract of employment or written statement of terms within two months of the start of employment. It is your responsibility as an employer to ensure that all contracts are up to date and include details of disciplinary and grievance procedures.
 
There are substantial penalties for not having contracts of employment or a written statement of terms, so proof that employees have received them is important.
