Disciplinary procedure template

There are severe penalties in place for not following the Acas Code of Practice's rules on disciplinary, dismissal and grievance.
 

If a claim is brought to an employment tribunal in connection with a matter that should have been properly dealt with, such action, or lack of, could mean that your acts are deemed to be unfair.
