Britain's largest banks have recently agreed a new set of principles, which set out exactly what businesses should expect when appealing.

These principles will be monitored and scrutinized by an independent and external team of reviewers, ensuring that the banks have implemented a fair, prompt and transparent appeals process.

Each appeal is also reviewed by an independent, experienced team within your bank which is overseen by the external national appeals reviewer, Professor Russell Griggs OBE.

For more information and to start the appeals process, visit the Better Business Finance website.
