You need to advise the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) if you have a medical condition that may affect your driving. If the doctor tells you to stop driving for three months or more OR you do not meet the required standards for certain entitlements on your licence, due to a medical condition, you must give up your licence.
