Our HR templates are taken from the Employment Guide. The Guide gives you all the information you need, from recruitment through to dismissal, to help you avoid industrial tribunals and unfair dismissal claims, and maintain positive workplace relations.

There are penalties for not having or using a minimum standard of grievance procedure. The grievance procedure set out below is considered to be a good model. It fulfils the requirements of the law and, providing you keep within the minimum statutory requirements and the spirit of this written version, you can personalise it to suit your needs.
