Instructions for downloading templates

Important note

You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your PC to be able to download/view templates, which are all in PDF format.

Instructions for members

Log in to the website using your FPB user name and password. (The ‘Members' area log-in' box is at the top right-hand side of the screen).
Once you have logged in, click on the ‘Download template' button.
The template you have requested will now download automatically. You will see a screen that says: ‘Thank you for downloading our template'.
Scroll down to see the template.
To save the template to your PC, click on the button on the top left-hand side of the screen that says ‘Save a copy' and save the file to your computer.

Instructions for non-members

When you click on the ‘Download template' button, you will be prompted to make a payment or enter a passcode. If you have not purchased this template previously, follow the on-screen instructions to make your payment.
Once you have done this, the template you have requested will download automatically. You will see a screen that says: ‘Thank you for downloading our template'.
Scroll down to see the template.
To save the template to your PC, click on the button on the top left-hand side of the screen that says ‘Save a copy' and save the file to your computer.
If the template does not download automatically, follow the instructions in step 7.
If you have any trouble doing this, phone our member helpline on 0845 130 1722 *.
You will also receive an email to the address you have provided to us. This will contain a passcode. If you wish to download this template again, simply return to the relevant page on the website and click on the ‘Download template' button. Then, when you are prompted to, enter your passcode and click on ‘Submit' and follow the instructions from step 2.
