Our charity work

The Forum of Private Business is pleased to support the Children's Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG) as its chosen charity.

As such, we are committed to generating vital funds to support the Group's work and also increasing the nation's awareness of the charity and its activities, which include improving the management of children with cancer and advancing the knowledge and study of childhood malignancy.

About the CCLG

Cancer, although common in adults, is relatively rare in children; only one in 200 of all cancer cases affects a child. Of the 1,

700 children in the UK it affects every year, 90% are treated by doctors belonging to the CCLG.

Forum employees raised £1,505 for the charity in 2010 by taking part in regular 'dress down' days and cake bakes.

Payroll giving
