Late payment 'Hall of Shame' entries 2007 |
|
InBev In May 2007, InBev, the Belgium-based brewer of beers such as Stella Artois and Beck's, decided to extend its payment terms to 60 days after the month of invoice. It gave suppliers just one month's notice and said that it was part of the vision of moving InBev from 'biggest to best'. No doubt that was consolation to the companies that had to wait twice as long to get paid! |
