Grievance procedure template bundle 2009

There are penalties for not having or using a minimum standard of grievance procedure. If the employer does not have procedures or cannot show that the employee has had a copy, this could lead to automatic unfair/constructive dismissal.
 
The grievance procedure set out below is considered to be a good model. It fulfils the requirements of the law and, providing you keep within the minimum statutory requirements and the spirit of this written version, you can personalise it to suit your needs.
